I like to think that she's quite dumb, due to a combination of factors: her young age when she became an omni-slimegirl; the fact that she was born in the pre-history age; her quiet dumb-dog personality; and the fact that her powers allow her to easily solve any problem she might have without having to think about it too hard, so she basically never really had to actually learn much.
