Actually, the latest was Mary Skelter 2 in 2018, which maintained the Purge minigame from Nightmares and added the new characters plus new CGs for the old ones. It got censored out of the Asian PS4 version as well as the PC versions (restorable with patch); only the Switch version is content complete out of the box. After that, though, they stopped doing them because Snoy and Mary Skelter Finale didn't have the Purge minigame in any version.

It's honestly extremely surprising that IF/CH have anything on GOG considering their open and dogmatic anti-piracy stance. I don't expect them to maintain support for the platform in the future, especially since GOG seems to be pushing bishoujo-style fanservice games away much like Steam is, and doesn't have the benefit of having mostly cornered the market like Steam has that makes everyone want to try and put their games on there anyway. Marvelous/XSEED hasn't ported any of the Senran Kagura games there besides Shinovi Versus either. It's just fucked for these games no matter where you go now.
