On the subject of WHERE XENOS JOYTOY, I was reading the short story War in the Museum the other day, and came to the conclusion that even if they do nothing else for the Necrons they should do a Trazyn the Infinite to allow people to recontextualise all their spessmehreen dollys. For those who don't know, Trazyn is a Necron lord with two major things going on for him: one, when you destroy his robot body (or even if he just feels like having his own clone) he can rebuild himself out of any of his subjects almost instantly; and two, he is obsessed with collecting artefacts and interesting people and putting them on display in stasis in his prviate museum planet. Similarly, you could put almost any of the figures on display, regardless of whether they "fit" and have a little Trazyn in there to admire it.

GW put the story up for download, if you want to read it. Things go a bit wrong when he is almost ready to put a Tyranid Hive Tyrant (and its accompanying Hive Fleet) on display.
