You'll do just fine. Believe in yourself, prepare, and practice without an audience. Don't read your slides but rather use them as talking points to get yourself going.
I hope you're not only just now getting started. I have half an hour slot and got my slides done and just got started with cue cards. Once those are done, I'll "present" to myself out loud to time it and see if I'm anywhere close. And I feel like I'm in a huge rush to get everything done in time.

I personally don't care about the details like that. Mouth guns make no sense no matter how they're designed so in my opinion it's best just leave their design vague. That's one of the freedoms of literary format. You can say a pony twists a doorknob or pulls the trigger without specifying how.
