No the game doesn't fucking run "fine". And that's not even on ultra. If it actually ran well you'd be getting way more than that, without having to use framegen.
I only get around 90 if I don't use it, and the game looks like shit regardless of settings. It should not be this fucking demanding to run a game that looks as bad as this.
