The only ones I can think of are the Mario handheld entries, which stopped being made after GBA, and Powerful Golf, which is Japan-exclusive and uses the PowerPros lifesim format. Beyond that there's Golf Story which is solid and its very bad sequel. It's worth mentioning outside of Powerful Golf, all of these games are 2D. This side of golf games is pretty dormant unfortunately.

This is the niche Hot Shots is supposed to fill while also being serious as a game mechanically. Lots of offbeat course designs that wouldn't exist in a raw sim golf game, and in this entry specifically there's a lot of side modes to do sillier things.
The arcade golf genre's also in a pretty dire state right now since Hot Shots was dormant for almost a decade, Mario Golf shat the bed with Super Rush, and Sony cutting Japan Studio and by extension Clap Hanz meant ECEG had to be more of a low budget title, so there's genuinely a hole to fill in this genre.

Hot Shots Golf 2 and Fore!! (along with their Japanese counterparts if you care about the character roster differences) and Open Tee 2 are all fantastic entries in that series, and are some of the best entries. 2's more of a novelty seeing how much Camelot and Clap Hanz changed console golf games but I'd argue the latter two are some of the best golf games in general.
Mario Golf 64, Toadstool Tour and World Tour are solid too, but World Tour starts to cut out content that TT and 64 had. I also can't forgive it for being Nintendo's first foray into Day 1 planned DLC.
The handheld Mario Golfs are also nice novelties for being golf RPG games. The actual gameplay's not quite as nice since the course design's a lot blander.
Neo Turf Masters is also worth mention.

Holding onto hope that the new Hot Shots entry is good, because arcade golf games are in a pretty dire state right now. Easy Come Easy Golf lost a lot of the gameplay nuances Hot Shots had and became much grindier, Super Rush threw out conventional golf game mechanics entirely for the sake of hit or miss gimmicks and is missing a lot even after being "completed", and indies like Golf Story shit the bed with its buggy ass sequel.
