Source is "Wicked City (1987)". Both the webm and the link in the post. The character there in both scenes is the female mc named "Makie". Though the woman stripping of that red dress in the webm attached during the gangbang isn't her but another demon who's watching (Makie also being a demon btw) it unfolding and trying to seduce the male protagonist who's currently negotiating for Makie's release.
