maybe, I'd expect harper to be a superior jumpshooter from deep and a more natural point guard that can manipulate the defense in the half court better than any other rookie. i don't think anyone in this class will dominate in transition and in the open floor like vj, would be surprised if harper is as good guarding the ball as vj.
