Tamers' content has helped me realize just how out of touch I am with the rest of the world. I genuinely don't understand the appeal of the gay stallions. I genuinely don't understand the appeal of the fan music Tamers uses for his gay stallion videos. I genuinely don't understand the appeal of referencing pretentious anime (Madoka Magicka for the gay mares, Mirai Nikki for the gay stallions), and I don't understand referencing shounen anime on a purely superficial level (Trixie and Sunset with Soul Eater).
There are obviously things about Tamers I "get" otherwise I wouldn't be here, but the things that are making Tamers popular I don't understand at all. The reason I get so angry and upset in these threads is that I feel genuinely alone. I'm starting to feel like I'm watching Tamers for the "wrong" reasons.
