I don't use the weight as much as I use the pullup bar and do pushups. Actually, I haven't done the bench press in a while because the thing I used to put on the bar to stop the weights from sliding broke and I can't find another one. I got like 80kgs for the bench, which I find to be enough. I did a lot of combat sports/martial arts so my joints are destroyed. Thus I try to go light wight weights nowadays.
