Yes, problem is that cygames is a japanese company and like many other jp companies they like to ignore any feedback and only talk when there is a official stream or interviews, they also have a habit of ignoring things they don't want to deal with. This attitude doesn't fly in current year because now we have kr and cn companies with their games and their devs are a lot more responsive that's why jp gachas are dying outside of japan while kr/cn ones growing everywhere.
