We as a free country, philosophically, aren't supposed to need the military sent to deal with a crime problem.
Old School America would've organized a militia, rallied posses, and ethnically cleansed Negroid Neighborhoods and accepted the consequences.
Being a free country means citizens have to act like free men, not subjects. But the dichotomy created post-Civil War means we pretty much all do that now.
It's either we all rise up and organize and fix our communities or beg the Fed to do it for us. There are no other options. One keeps us free, the other keeps us slaves.
