No stoner was ever stopped from buying a gun since it’s easy enough to lie on Form 4473. If you ever injected one marijuana in your life then technically you’re not allowed to buy a gun. That’s how toothless it is. It will be the same for trannies without an act of congress, since they can just lie on the form as well. It would have to be adjudicated for the ban to have any real effect. The problem with trannyism is that it was allowed to get to this point without any real guardrails put on it by the authorities. Doctors and the amoral healthcare industry saw dollar signs, and convinced people this shit was for their own good. Anyone who attempted to speak out against it was silenced by Big Tech, or had his job threatened by HR gender studies majors who take marching orders from left-wing activist feds at the EEOC. People were allowed to get sucked into this radical lifestyle change and get prescribed personality-altering drugs and hormones with no real clinical vetting, since there’s no way to actually determine if someone is “really” trans other than the patient’s own testimony. Obviously troons are head cases. If you wanna put on women’s underwear and jack off into your bathroom sink, then fine, whatever. But if you want access to hormones, surgery, or legal name and sex changes on your birth certificate and drivers license, then you should be required to sign your gun rights away and be adjudicated as mentally incompetent. At that point, you’re in denial of reality and present a risk of self-harm. (Remember how troons tried to emotionally blackmail everyone by threatening suicide unless they were given carte blanche acceptance?) To be fair, I don’t think this should only apply to trannies. Anyone who gets prescribed mind-altering drugs like antidepressants and other SSRIs should also lose their gun rights. If they want their rights back, they can go before a judge who will determine if they’re sane after they get off the meds.
