You get about 2000 SQ every year if you're caught up and login every day and clear all new content they introduce, but a new player can get a lot more than that in their first couple years of playing because you get access to the last 8 years of anniversary missions plus part 1, part 1.5, and part 2, not to mention rank ups and interludes.
