On EU definitely. On the second day i did some 2t low effort clear and got somewhere around 700 rank.
Another day i sweat a little and got a nice score with 1t Insane clear, jumped around 600 places. Now dropped to somewhere in three hundreds.
Point is. Insane is sure plat, even after more and more started doing Torment and Lunatic. I wouldn't be surprised if some top Extreme clears got last hundred places in plat.
