This will be Kisaki 99% of situations (until sSeia comes out at least) and the other 1% is some other combo for speedruns.
Usually the second special is Ako/Rio/nyFuuka but Rio already somewhat allows for the same thing nyFuuka does (chaining 2 EX skills within a single set of buff application) and sNagisa will somewhat allow for this as well, so nyFuuka falls off a bit. She's still great, there's just better options nowadays.
