Imageboards are an asian technology, where the individual user selects the image and writes their post attatched to it, it is added on to a large gallery of images, the "imageboard" where clicking on each image leads to a new "thread". On high traffic chans like this one, threads have to be archived cause of how fast and popular they are. Slower chans like say gurochan, or endchan are ghost towns with very small userbases that don't need to be archived cause of how niché their visitorbase is. Discussion/hobbyism is the other thing, what do YOU want to talk about?
