You've had 4 years living almost entirely rent free working to build your savings. Again, being generous and assuming you waited until 18 to get a job which is already a sign of arrested development since you should be working at 15-16 if you're normal and well adjusted. And you can't even get a house? Can't even afford to rent? You don't have a wife at that age either?
