Yeah I think out loud. I have real bad obsessive tendencies, Maaaaajor paranoia, hallucinations, I've got a seperate functioning "world" that I live out inside my head during bad manic episodes while I dissociate, get real common and real bad depression mood swings, don't sleep much at all.....lots of stuff. But no I'm not violent.
