eh, the humor of the skit was how ridiculous it was, then continued to press it. It didn't have to resolve in some vindication. Its just Nick going off, probably how he would irl.

Their humor in general isn't understood by most. It doesnt help when many of the skits weren't sussed out. Most of them had a great premise, but didn't have a resolution/punchline (gardening, nfl execs, steve harvey). If not for being a music intro, the contractors skit would have been lame, too.
I was entertained by what they produced, but they've entered SNL writing territory where its

DomDaddy went on way too long and it never resolved.

they're still 100x funnier than whatever is considered contemporary comedy today
