Hakari has Karane, Hahari, and Yamame. Iku has Mei, Rin, and Momiji. I guess Hahari has Hakari, Mei, Kurumi, and Kishika which puts her all the way at 4 duos. Can't think of any others with more than 2, but maybe I'm missing something.
