I don't know the model of the computer, but the mainboard's called "MD-5000". I got mine on christmas 2002, specced as:
Windows XP, Pentium 4 2.4GHz, 256MB RAM, 80GB HD, GeForce 4 MX440.

Now it's specced with a Ryzen 1800X, 64GB RAM, Radeon RX570. I kept the DVD and floppy, which both still work. And it's still my daily.
