Replying to this pasta, but I had a similar gripe with this version, and I think 3.1 which had a similar structure.
Back then, we were right at the climax of the fight and they had us take a long detour before the final phase; and the epilogue of that version was way too long.
It was also considered one of the better updates, but it never sat right with me.
It happened this time too, but I think people weren't told to think it was good this time around.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think the story is bad. But the storytelling leaves a lot to be desired.
The epilogue dragged on a lot longer than that previous version too, but this time it was a bit more emotionally flat.

That said, I'm still rolling for Cyrene. Though I'll wait until the 11th.
