She's about as usable as my best rice, picrel, which is to say, not good enough because of that criminally low power. I know it's a painful struggle, but if you wanna use rice, or any of these umas really, you gotta find a way to get the same stats and then push beyond and find another 200 power somehow, or they'll just get passed late.
