Yes, especially if you have a limited rectifier like stringmaster. I generally manage to do side towers with fusion advantage using the standard rectifier and verina with easy at least, but I'm not good enough to use it to brute force non fusion content.

She needs to at least work with current characters, which in the worst case would be qiyuan. But lupa is basically a ton of echo substat fusion rolls, with some atk% and fusion res%, it would be kinda weird for a fusion character not care about fusion dmg at all, even if lupa isn't her BiS. Phrolova for example is echo dmg but she still wants dmg%.
