It's auto-levelled bonus to %-stat dogshit with progress that constantly feels abitrary and not like an RPG at all.
The locations and graphics look cartoony and fall flat.
The game is boring.

The loot is random % stat bonus garbage.
The story is stupid.
The writing is stupid.
The factions are ALL stupid. It doesn't feel like Fallout. It feels like a corporate Funko Pop journey through a dead IP (because well, it is).
The voiced protag was an ebin fail.
The settlement shit is annoying and intrusive.
The tone is vapid and simultaneously non-existent. The armour all looks shit.
The guns all look shit and feel shit to shoot.
The stealth is shit.
You cannot specialize in a single weapon or "build". Everything is a cookie cutter.
The revamps to level-ups are garbage.
The revamp to SPECIAL and the removal of skills is shit.
The game runs like shit, looks like shit.
VATS is now slow-mo garbage.
The perks all suck.
Why is everything green?
The quests are all boring. Go here, kill thing, lockpick a door or two, do some banal stupid hacking minigame that no-one knows how to play, make some irrelevant dialogue choices that may or may not give you EXP, pick up the macguffin (if applicable), shoot an auto-levelled bullet sponge miniboss that drops a randomly-generated "legendary" weapon with some modifier on it like "more % damage if you stand still for XYZ seconds while on fire" and then return. Zzzzzzzzzzzz SNORE SNOOZE ZZZZZ SLEEP.

I bought it physical on release day and the first time I played it I was so underwhelmed. It is genuinely a 6/10 game. I mean that with full fucking sincerity.
