I see. Resting between sets of chest and shoulders plus the warmup would take up at least 45 mins though fr fr. And then I'd still have to do side delts and triceps fr fr. Then again, I used to do 9 sets of chest and 3 of shoulders, so it's not like I can't just lower one of those by 3 sets and add that volume instead to the other.
