You just make him an ult bot with CD reduction and duration extender. With superior duration the ult lasts 11.5 seconds which is ridiculous. Otherwise you're just building spirit snatch, silence wave, spirit debuff items and whatever actives your team needs. It's kind of jank but works as a counterpick late in the draft if their team gets crippled by not having vision.
