youre putting way too much detail into the pores and such:
top left looks horrible like she has some disease, ass skin has goosebumps which dont indent, they bump out.
bottom right looks way too blurry like your diffuse AND normal has been down-res'd.
top right would look OK if the normal map effect was inverted
bottom left looks almost nice, thats probably the best from the 4
