Does anyone have experience with PicRelated?
I can't tell from any of the pictures (rendering or painted models) if this guy has boots or is barefooted.

Most of their halfling are barefooted but they do have a couple of heroes with boots that I want to use as dwarf heroes, and I think this guy could fit as well in my collection
