That's a problem that a 4* wouldn't solve. Zani with the 4* would be like zani with spectro rover anyway compared to phoebe. What they need is just to guarantee that you have alternative options like phoebe/iuno being able to sub or main dps, or at least have decently general buffs like iuno being good enough with any heavy or lupa with any fusion even when not BiS.
