It's not necessarily the numbers that are what's important. It's the overall design of the character's kit and combat abilities. Roccia was sort of pushed as a Camellya support despite never really being designed to support Cammy in the first place. Why provide "grouping" to a character with good aoe capabilites? Why provide 200 flat atk to a character with high base atk? Why have an outro skill that only lasts 14 seconds when Cammy's rotation is longer than that. It just doesn't make sense. Roccia actually supports Hrover better than she supports Cammy, just not a lot of people want to play Hrover.

Roccia was designed for the Frog/Canta team, which is obviously why her box is considered an echo skill. But very few people pulled her for that team and she is easily replacable. Compare this with Jeji, who is perfectly designed to go with Carlotta. Carlotta is liberation reliant and needs lot of energy, and Jeji gives her energy. Amazing.

Roccia's range is a lot higher than camellya's, she guarantees that nothing will escape the spin even if it spawns after she leaves. 200 flat atk is around the same as 20% for camellya anyway. and no outro amp in the game outside of healers is longer than 14s, and you can double intro and it will be optimal. Nothing there is wasted, there is no anti-synergy at all. If it does 20%-30% more dmg than the alternative (no sanhua) no one would say she isn't by far the BiS for cammy, or expect a character with even better synergy later.

There is no synergy there at all other than roccia's outro being havoc and basic focused. 200 base atk is ONLY 20% for Cammy, and is higher for Hrover and Canteralla since they have lower atk. Double intro rotations are not expected on any premium best-in-slot team and most people will not bother with them. There are already characters in the game with a 10 sec outro skill, so 14 sec outros are not an absolute rule. Not having an 18 sec outro is just such a stupid and easy miss. It would have cost literally no effort to change and would make it feel so much better.

What's the best way of spending Augusta's prowess? The obvious choice is her enhanced heavy, but what about her uppercut? Is that worth doing? It's really fun so I want to incorporate it if I can.

You can always skip the parts you don't feel like reading.

The second they implement the feature and you use it, you're gonna roll a god echo and waste your modifiers. What I do, is I convert three at a time. That way, the maximum waste is only two modifiers. It saves a little time.

You can use the skip function to reach that area, it does not break any quests and won't spoil anything except the starting area. Keep in mind though, most of the main story has you using presets anyway.

Just make the flowers become available for a limited time in Jinzhou pharmacy or some shit, make it limited to 15 per week just like the actual shop in their respective cities. All characters in the current banner will have their flowers available for a limited time. Once the patch is over, the flowers are gone. Just like limited time bosses and limited time weekly bosses, they get replaced by the next patch banner's materials.
