The issue with TV mode wasn't the puzzles, it was the endless tutorials.

The fundamental problem is that Hoyo clearly has an internal policy of appealing to retards. Presumably because only retards actually spend money on these games. And if they think cutting down on the tutorials would lose them the retard audience then they'd rather scrap the whole game mode and make something more retard friendly.
