I owned several and some I have just tried from a friend. If I were to rank them in terms of built quality it would be:
>OG soviet PSO-1
>modern NPZ 4x24 PSO-1
>modern chinese made PSO-1 for their NDMs
>modern NPZ PO3-9X24
>"old" Belomo POSP 6x24
>weird chinese fixed 9x copy
Special mention:

Very neat, good built quality and surprisingly clear optic but i shot it only once as I don't have a range long enough to properly test the optic at all its ranges (precalculated bullet drop with a 300m zero)

Personally with your SuperVepr, depending on what you'll be using it for I would go with either the tube only NPZ 4x24 in a picatinny form factor that you can centermount to your rs regulate or a western scope like the one you already have, maybe a SWFA.
