I've done this multiple times, never lost a fight to a Billy. They all are easier to parry than other Abrams, Shivs, Lashes, anyone.
Parry -> Express shot -> Heavy Melee -> Charge again -> Express Shot again -> TC +1
Warden is even easier since Billy charges in and not out. The only time I really have trouble is with Ginnis but I spread turrets out so he has to choose between me or turrets loading him up with debufs and slowing the shit out of him. All this to say
