The Terminator TV show had a shootout between the villain Terminator and 20 SWAT officers, where after a few seconds the camera dove into a motel pool (broken up by muffled gunfire, screaming, and two or three bloodied bodies being tossed in the water) and remained pointed firmly there until everyone was dead

The fact that Alien has done this three times in three episodes is brutal
