No, local chains are generally small and serve only the local community. they make a lot of money being the only store in smaller towns or around large housing projects. They range from being okay-ish to outright expensive and bad. Aldi and Lidl is generally the cheapest, Interspar has better selection and their stores look more fancy but they are brutally expensive. There is Tesco and Auchan, a few Metros, they used to be a lot more relevant before Lidl and Aldi came. Also Penny which is usually stereotyped as a retirement peoples store for some reason. They are kind of like Aldi/Lidl but worse. And basically that is it. There are not that many stores here
