My guy, they scaled him to the thing that created the DCU, said he's stronger than Hal, WW, Amazon and Oblivion, scaled him to the Life Equation and gave him the fucking Source Wall. Even threw in a map of the DC mutliverse for good measure. It's very obvious what the intent was.
