Today I didn't feel like cooking really, so I made this;
Frozen Brussels's sprouts, nuked in a microwave for 10 minutes.
Preheated oven to 200C convection, cut Brussels sprouts into halves (optional) and put on a wire rack. Add chicken.
Leave in oven for 20 minutes. Prepare a flavorful sauce, it should contain something acidic, something sweet to balance it, something hot, and whatever else you want for flavor. If you eat collagen, add to sauce at this step too.
Heat sauce and add starch slurry until consistency is right, toss brussel's sprouts in sauce, cut up chicken, eat.
~5 minutes actual work, 10 if you go the extra mile and cut the nuked sprouts.
Not bad honestly.
