Why would massive Russian attacks lead to gains?

Have you lived under a rock since WW1?

Big attack does not equal big gains. You can commit big attacks and gain nothing at all in modern warfare.

As a matter of fact I'll wait for you to give a single (one) example of an army taking 14:1 casualties in modern warfare and still breaking through and advancing over their enemy.

Conversely Russia is making big gains, BECAUSE Ukraine is taking such unsustainable casualties it can no longer manage the frontline sufficiently.

You can make up a 100 and 1 copes for this and made up numbers. But this is the reality and REALITY clearly shows this is what's happening to anyone interested in seriously discussing/analysing this conflict and not just pushing glowie talking points
