for some godforsaken reason jonathan decided you need +8 gem level to do any damage with spells in poo2, in poe1 you can get away with +0 to +2 gem level and be fine
ANYWAYS STOMPING GROUND UNCHANGED SO ENTIRE LEAGUE IS POINTLESS, they nerfed Rake but it doesnt matter Shield Charge and Disengage can both have it now.

You're just gonna animation cancel disengage and shield charge instead of disengage and rake. Jonathan is a retard.
