Probably the hardest of the trilogy by a wide margin, best combat but the stages are mid (mostly combat arenas, if you care).

Best Challenge mode in the series though. Kasumi is just straight pure unadulterated fun to play and I think it has basically every (good) boss in the series as part of the Challenge mode.
