I personally have developed a conspiracy theory that there is some unknown environmental toxin at the White House making all the Presidents retarded over time, and all their doctors are too stupid to test for it. It could be job stress or some other bullshit environmental factors, but they all seem to have massive cognitive decline starting a couple years into their first terms.

You could kind of see it with Bush and Obama, but with Sleepy Joe and Dementia Donnie it has been just next-level.
