As cheesy as it sounds, I think that's just the ultimate difference that's made when you actually cherish something in a way that really means a lot to you instead of looking at it through some kind of post-ironic lens like the vast majority of people here do nowadays. And on /co/ things are especially bad because a bafflingly high amount of weirdos here really don't seem to give a damn about comics or cartoons as visual and/or storytelling mediums, rather just wanting to completely disassociate as they stare at colorful images.
