I tried several times and each time I run into a problem with one of the important mods not working for some esoteric to me reason.
Is Fallout 4 just as autstic to mod?

Imagine your an enslaved alien working your ass for the combine making weapons or ships or whatever and there's a drought in your planet and some of your fellow aliens even die because of it so your planet's combine administrator goes "alright I'll request some water from another planet" and after waiting for the water all you get its some fucking ape planet salt water full of piss and shit and microplastics so you tell the combine administrator "we can't drink this salt water with shit and plastic we'll die" so the combine in its benevolence removes the salt from it but leaves everything else and tells you to stop bothering so its either you drink plastic, piss and shit water or you die of thirst.
