Can someone help explain what's going on here? Return fire and fleet foot give 6 bullet res each but they are adding to 12 with no diminishing return. Same for the spirit res. If I bought spirit resilience and spell breaker they don't add to 50 but instead gives me 44 res. is it that because the lower tier items give such low res they aren't subject to diminishing returns?
