I genuinely think at this point he values not risking making friction between him and others more than fully committing to any feelings he has about the situation. Like, seeing as how it went

So on some level he is indeed way more pressed about the plan and its very existence than Ohma is, but never wants to vocalize that too much because he's kinda the odd one out so he just takes the backseat in every interaction related to it.
