Knowing what we know about Principles Luohan could fold Fei, Xia and Eddie if he wanted to. Presumably Gilbert is just Eddie even though the charm is lost and Sandro probably forgot about him for a minute. Housecat Niko knows some Principles as well so I guess Villain Trio version 2 takes it
But Fei, Xia and Eddie were more fun and played off each other for the short time they could interact together. Only Luohan and Housecat Niko interact with each other and it's just Niko constantly contemplating the odds of betraying Luohan or not while Luohan carries him and Gilbert is so far removed from them. Gilbert had Willem but he was quickly snatched away so Sandro could make Raian look good which makes Gilbert all alone.
I'm surprised Luohan didn't recruit Gilbert after Yan and Shen verbally backhanded him for almost dying to a grenade, seems like a perfect opportunity since Yan revealed himself is a uppity bitch and Shen an airheaded moron straight to their allies faces

Sandro will never replace the OG Evil Movers no matter how hard he tries. Technically it went from Fei/Xia/Eddy to Niko/Yan/Gilbert and every member of the latter group is a sharp downgrade, Yan is straight up a gag character even. Luohan however is currently carrying the manga but not for very good reasons.
I think with powerlevels it's a toss-up? See the problem for me is every villain is a joke in Sandro's narrative. Gilbert is stated to be stronger but he's "immature" so Eddy might still win. Niko has some of Shen's memories but he's been very underwhelming otherwise so that's probably a win for Fei. Xia is weak, we know that. I think Luohan needs another fight before I can say for sure.

After that we get Koga getting his runback with Yumigahama with the narration saying Koga "toppled one of the top underground fighters" all without taking a hit. Kengan knows the guy in charge of the nukes rebelled and they never took advantage of that. Sandro quietly mentioned that KA knew but didn't want to take the story in an interesting direction so it's not treated as something that should be a focus of the current story and then Sandro washes his hands of it by reminding us the villains were never really in control to begin with

Artstyle being abysmal dogshit aside, the latest digital inking is horrid. It makes the pages look as if they were lower resolution by default, super crusty looking, and I'm pretty sure it's not an uploading issue like those chapters while HnG left, it's just that Daro doesn't know how to make good lineart nor shading anymore.

Yep, totally sure, because otherwise the lineart itself would also be as bad quality as the filling itself. Zooming in it seems he just goes by making the shadows and textures with blurry dots, which is probably faster and easier to do digitally but makes the pages look this crusty and poor looking. These are the little details that look like nothingburgers, but keep piling up over time and eventually you get absolute slop like the most recent chapters.
He does this constantly, like when he started showing blood and bruises as those weird hexagon patterns, once you notice these things you can't stop seeing them.
