Is that the new Capsule J?
It looks like it's wearing one of those intense fighter-pilot oxygen masks.
Which gives me "guy in a suit" vibes like the original Capsule J, not "obviously a robot" like Capsule J2/3.
Which makes me think this might be a new Jet enemy entirely.
