4070S, i5 14600kf, 32gb ram, 180 hz 1080p monitor. Im getting around 60 fps on the basic High settings, Balanced Upscaling boosts it up to 100. I've followed some anon's advise and turned on fsrr and frame generation and that's how I can get 180 fps, but the game looks like picrel

If you have a 60hz monitor, sure. I have a 4070 S, i5 14600kf, 32 gb of ram and I'm getting 100 fps with FUCKING UPSCALING. Without it it's like 60.
